Sherry Brescia Books - Are They Really Worth the Investment?

Sherry Brescia's books claim to offer you freedom from stomach and digestive pain forever. Is this worth the investment? I would say it is.

Sherry had been an IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) patient for more than 20 years and like anyone else in her position, she thought that this was her lot and bore it as best as she could. She took up a job as a health insurance researcher where she came across many such cases, Gingher shears and year after year she found that people got worse and not necessarily better with the medicines prescribed.

All of the Sherry Brescia books are an expression of her own frustration with the medical treatments available to treat stomach and digestive ailments effectively. She found that all the medicines used treat the symptoms, and not the underlying problem. Therefore, over a passage of time, the person becomes a victim of a vicious circle that is difficult if not nearly impossible to be broken free from.

What do Sherry Brescia's books offer?

There are five books in all - each strengthening the premise upon which she based her health system: all pain and diseases come from an acidic body medium.

The first of the Sherry Brescia books proves that with eating correctly you could be free from pain in just ONE day. She guides you on what to eat to restore your pH balance in your body, and promises you relief from pain almost instantly.

The second of the Sherry Brescia books shows that you could end your stomach troubles for life by following a few very simple rules relating to digesting food properly. She says that the right combination of foods is the secret to a healthy and disease free life. You learn to eat right, and you would then be able to free yourself from medication for stomach troubles forever, because the problem is attacked at its root cause.

The third of the Sherry Brescia books concentrates on teaching you which foods are acidic and which alkaline. There are acidic foods that turn alkaline after ingestion, and alkaline foods that turn acidic. You need to remember which is which and consume only those foods that promote alkalization of your body for optimal health.

The fourth of the Sherry Brescia books deals with the combination of foods and their impact on your body. She presents here a huge list of all possible combinations of foods so you can understand how and what to eat to stay healthy. These lists represent the knowledge she gained through her 16 years plus in-depth research about food and its impact on the body.

The fifth of Sherry Brescia books present 112 recipes that are not only healthy but amazingly tasty and easy to make. These help you make excellent soups, main course meals, desserts, snacks and breakfast with easy-to-find ingredients. Each one of the recipes is designed to explode the myth that healthy eating needs to be bland and tasteless. (A quick note here, the spaghetti sauce recipe is amazing!)

The sixth and last of the resources Sherry provides deals with eating out. She shows how one can eat healthy even while travelling and eating in restaurants.

Overall, the Sherry Brescia's books are a wealth of knowledge - one that can set you free from not only stomach and digestive aches and pains (as it claims), but also a number of diseases.
